Hi there, I rally have been trying to increase my protein intake. The only problem is that when I do they are usually also high in fat! What is out there that will give me protein and keep me full, but not give me so much fat intake?

Exercises specific to burning belly fat
Hey guys, I usually go on the treadmill, elliptical, stair stepper, or swimming as my main exercises. I have been getting really toned, but not losing any belly fat. Are there any exercises specific to weight loss or muscle strengthening in that particular area? Or any exercises that helped you? Thanks!
