Has anyone tried core rythems? I saw the infomercial and it looks like alot of fun....but.....I am wondering if it is a good workout or not......it would be great if it was, and it was fun :) .....looks like it would be great for the waist/abs......anyone know???? thanks

Steel Cut Oats question......
I am going to try Steel cut oats (I hate the taste and texture of oatmeal).....so I wanted to ask if anyone knows the liquid to oat ratio for just one serving? I would probably make it on the stove top if that makes a difference. I am really trying to eat healthier :) it is just finding things that I can swallow :)…
