I have Amy Dixons power sculpt by womens fitness magazine. I really like it. It is like the biggest loser dvd's but seems to flow better and better instruction. It says you can burn up to 500 calories in the 40 minutes but I haven't worn a hrm during the workout. You use 3lb dumbells with it. It is a good workout.

tae bo. Woot. I just started the advanced work out and it totally rocked. I would have to say that's the best workout I've ever done in DVD format. I'm a certified personal trainer and pretty picky about the quality of workouts but these are great!

I have a couple of the Amy Dixon workouts and I really like them. I thought the same thing that I would get bored with the same dvd so I just bought another one to try next and also the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred which I haven't tried yet, but will when I change to another dvd.
