Sweet Fruit
How do you guys feel about sweet fruit? I mean... fruits are supposed to be good for you, but they have so much sugar! I logged a mango for my snack today, and it has 31g of sugar! Do you guys think of sugar from fruit, the same as sugar from other foods?? I would really like to hear what other people think about this!
