Sweet Fruit

How do you guys feel about sweet fruit? I mean... fruits are supposed to be good for you, but they have so much sugar!

I logged a mango for my snack today, and it has 31g of sugar!

Do you guys think of sugar from fruit, the same as sugar from other foods??

I would really like to hear what other people think about this!

    Doubt any one is an expert here. But here what I heard. You need sugars for your brain to work normally, your hole body in fact runs on sugar. More natural that sugar is better it is for you. Your body breaks down protein to do sugar. I wouldn't worry about the sugars in your fruit. But been careful and reduce/remove all refined and process sugar

    Don't worry too much about fruit sugars if you are eating the whole fruit. Juices and dried fruit are concentrated, so eat those very sparingly.

    Just fit the fruits into your daily nutrition goals and you'll be fine.

    Thanks I was actually wondering about this too. I try to eat fruit every day, and just switched my tracker to look at sugar and WHOOPS, those cherries are chock full of it.
