Golf- calories ?
When putting golf using a power cart on myfitnesspal, it says i burn a ton of calories when i really don't feel it. However, i keep it listed and i find it hard to eat all of my calories when I have golfed that day. Running distance reduce butt size? Anyone with results?
I realize that squats, lunges, sprinting can sometimes make your butt more muscular. I am not looking for that. Longer runs, gain weight?
Previously, I would run about 5 days a week for no more than 3 miles daily, sometimes a little longer. I would also do some track workouts and some lifting throughout the week as well.
