Looking for Some Friends to help Motive

Perserve to be better not perfect

8 LBS IN 5 WEEKS
It has been 5 weeks since I began using MyFitnessPal and I can say it has really worked on keeping me on track. I have dropped 8 pounds so far and I feel so much better. This program really helps you to keep to your goals and to read all the success stories from other just motivate me.
