Motivated

Since being on MFP I have noticed how I am more conscious about what I am eating and how much I eat. It has really helped me to eat healthier and to stay on track. I have tried dieting in the past just by myself but I never stuck with it. When you log your meals daily and the exercise you do and you see those calories then you are motivated to stay within or below your goal. Also reading all the success stories from those MFP users really lets you know you can do it. I really appreciate those few friends I have on here that encourage and motive me, thank you. Well said enough now better stop before I just ramble on and make no sense at all…need a motivator and encourager, just let me know…

    I agree with you. I was talking about this earlier with my dad. At Christmas my family gets given alot of tins of chocolate and i wouldn't have thought twice about eating 20 chocolates in one go lol. I'm not aware of how many calories per choc and eat one maybe every few days. By doing MFP and sticking with it it's helped me become a more organised person with everything. Only positive things from me!
