I'll eat hardly anything all day, and I'll get home and eat everything in the kitchen or if there is nothing in the kitchen I'll go to mcdonalds or taco bell I am definitely an emotional eater, I'll get stressed out, or I'll get "manic" and not eat anything. Food is bad, you'll be fat, etc etc.. and then I'll get sad...…

I don't do well when weight is a priority
Hi, I'm weird when it comes to food and exercise. I either eat and eat and eat and can't stop eating... and get no exercise orrr I hardly eat anything and exercise constantly. I'd like some friends who have a feel for a good balance, so I can try to match them or just some friends would be nice haha

Today I ate fruits, and vegetables, and maltomeal buuut I had pepsi too. I'm used to eating fast food all the time at getting about 2400 calories Today I got about 500 calories in including pepsi... Do I have to stop drinking soda to lose weight?
