I don't do well when weight is a priority

Hi, I'm weird when it comes to food and exercise.
I either eat and eat and eat and can't stop eating...
and get no exercise

orrr I hardly eat anything
and exercise constantly.

I'd like some friends who have a feel for a good balance,
so I can try to match them
or just some friends would be nice haha

    This is All Or Nothing type of thinking which you are acting on. Change the way you think. Be mindful of what you are doing. If you find yourself in these extremes, moderate yourself. Sorta like this:
    Oh, gosh, I'm doing it again. I skipped breakfast and here I am at the gym still exercising after 2 hours. I'm going home and fix a nutritious lunch and plan my supper.

    OMG! I am the same in that aspect of total different end of the spectrum....eat and eat or exercise and eat light. I sometimes think I reward myself with food then never stop the get lazy until I snap out of it. I've been up and down 20-30 lbs more times than i can count cuz of that.
