Share advice?
I am trying to get myself back in shape. Not for nothing, fat does NOT look good one me. Haha. So I already walk 5miles 4 days a week, on top of normal activities at home (i run a daycare). I also eat healthy every 2 hours and the way I should 45/25/30 at a max of 1200 cal per day. I am losing weight but I would like to…
