Losing weight but not inches
I'm a little confused about this one, I've lost almost 5kg since I started but my measurements are still the same. Any idea how much I would have to lose before I start to notice a difference?

Dropping under 1200
So it seems that today I will drop under 1200 calories, does this matter so long as it does not happen too often? I seem to have eaten a fairly balanced diet for the day (there were quite a few vegetables in with the tuna and pasta) but find myself way under my recommendation.
