ROOKIE MISTAKE - DRY vs COOKED Calories?? I cooked about 1/2 of a pkg (approx. 1 1/4 Cup DRY) of "Trader Joe's Harvest Grains Blend" (couscous, orzo, baby garbanzo beans, & red quinoa) in water.
