My goal this week is to workout five days. I worked out for 30 minutes yesterday in a bootcamp class. I'm very sore today!

Max 30
I am doing T25. I am on the beta phase. Today I decided to get my kids more invovled with exersice so I added Max 30 to my routine and they did it with me after school. This will be our new routine!
