Help needed to reach 2000 cals a day
Ok so after reading and researching and what not I have come to the conclusion that I should be having 2000 calories a day. How sick is too sick?
How do you know when you are too unwell to work out? Take a cold for example, will exercising through it make it last longer? Or could working out actually make you feel better? Not sick at the moment, just curious :)

BMR, Pulse Monitor & Calories...confuzzled!
