Question about menstrual cycle when exercising harder than usual.
(Don't mind my profile pic; that's my GOAL pic.) So I've stepped up my workouts to 45 min of cardio plus what ends up to be 25-30 min of heavy lifting, 5 days a week. iPod Nano - Q about Battery Life and Apps
I'm using my iPhone 4S for working out but I find that it quickly loses battery life when I use multiple apps to track my training, especially if I want to listen to music too. I'm considering getting an iPod instead and want to know if anyone can attest to its battery life and available apps for it. Thanks!

Anyone else have the Nike+ FuelBand? I have a question.
I got mine yesterday (release date) and used it today for a full day. I didn't realize this calculates FUEL and CALORIES. My "fuel" for today was over 2000. But my "calories" was 581. No desire for marathons? Me too!
Does anyone on here NOT want to do a marathon? I don't! LOL I dunno -- I just don't have the desire to just run a long distance just to run it. Seems as boring as a treadmill run. I've always liked sports though. Anyone on here have an alternative sport you're shooting for?
