How to track Exercise
I use my polar heart rate monitor. Once I enter in my exercise, it is way lower that what my monitor shows. How can I adjust or just enter the calories burned?

Where do you get most of your healthy recipes from? Piniest, online sites, make up, etc? I need some new recipes since I plan to try to eat as clean as possible but do not want to get bored. Also, if you have any good ones that you tried, please feel free to share.
