Weekend Eating
Why is it so hard to stay on track with my diet during the weekend?? I'm so structured during the week but when the weekend get here I totally loose it. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions? :ohwell:

I've always heard that you should not eat after a certain time in the evening, but if I'm within my calorie count would having a snack in the evening be wrong?
