Weekend Eating

Why is it so hard to stay on track with my diet during the weekend?? I'm so structured during the week but when the weekend get here I totally loose it. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions? :ohwell:

Its definitely the lack of structure that can do you in. It's important to plan to eat for the weekend just as you would during the week.0

I have the same problem For me I work so hard during the week and crave food that I resist that by the time the weekend hits I want to reward myself and give in to the cravings. I'm working on trying to take more control and stay structured for at least one of my weekend days and maybe have one cheat meal saturday and sunday instead of blowing the whole weekend off like I used to. Excited to see what others might suggest. Best of luck to you0
