I know that I eat too many sweets. I love sweets, but I know it can't be good for me to eat as much as I do. Can you please give me some advice as to why too much sugar is a bad thing. I just backpacked the Grand Canyon. Why didn't I lose any weight?
I just backpacked the entire Grand Canyon, it took 3 days. My pack weighed 20-25 lbs and I figure I burned about 3,000 calories each day minimum. When I'm sick and lose weight, will I gain it all back?
I've been sick for 2 days now and I've lost 4 pounds. Will I regain all of that when I start eating normal? Have I lost water weight, muscle or fat. I'm hoping it's all fat loss and that I'll regain none of it back

Help, How many calories should I eat?
When I enter into MFP that I want to lose 2 lbs a week, it tells me to eat 1,360 cals. This is working well for me, I am losing 2 lbs a week. I'm likin it!!
