My goal for March 20th
I started my journey November 8th weighing 284lbs! As of today I weigh 257lbs. So in the next 10 week I'd like to see myself lose another 20 lbs. Still got long ways to go but I gotta keep at it and be realistic with my goals. will post a before and after pic after the 10 weeks

I have to up my calories!
I haven't been keeping up with calories! I burn a minimum of 1000 calories a day. I have A LOT to lose. I've tried so hard to get to 1200 calories minimum but most days I can't even get to 1000. I eat clean, VERY clean! I cut out bread, rice, potatoes, and pasta. I still have beans and grains, but as for the rest it's…
