I still have long ways to go, around 80 more lbs, but you are more then welcome to add me. I have lost 32lbs in the past 3 months. My diary is open to friends.(just don't look at yesterday, it was my spike day)

it's the second month I really monitor my weight during TOM and I've gained up to 6lbs from day one to day 7 then it drops back down and end up losing even more!

I have 3 children, 4-boy, 2-boy, and 1-girl. It`s not always easy but I'm pretty sure it won't get any easier with school and all the activities they'll want to do!

By only eating 800 calories a day your body is holding on to all the fat and storing the fat you do eat! You should be eating a minimum of 1800 calories if you're morbidly obese. The weight will come off!

because of my weight I burn more calories if I weighed 150 i'd be burning about 570 calories per day. I've been doing 25 minutes circuit training, 30 minutes cardio kickboxing and a minimum of 15 minutes of calesthenics everyday, sometimes a little something extra. I have over 100lbs to lose.
