tall ladies what is your calorie intake?
I would like to lose 2 pounds per week I am 5'8.5" but MFP suggest 1200 calories and well that is just too little for me. I have uped it to 1700-1800 but not really losing weight a few inches here and there. What are most of you tall ladies eating and how much are you losing a week? Also are you eating back your calories?

Has anyone not lost much as far as scale weight but have pictures to prove that inches matter. I am feeling bummed when I look in the mirror I feel like wow I must of lost weight but when I step on the scale it doesn't go down.....ughh. Pictures of inches lost?

eleven pounds gone so far
short and sweet just photos really me before baby Me post baby (gained too much need to lose 30-40 pounds more) me eleven pounds lighter (sorry kinda blurry but you get the point)

operation fake out - Ground turkey
So I decided to make some tacos.....however with ground turkey. Now my family (i.e babies father) would tell me that was gross and wouldn't so much as touch it....well if he knew the truth. So I find myself in the kitchen trying to hurry up and fry the turkey before he walks in and sees the much lighter meat in the skillet…

should I lift weights - I don't want to gain weight only ton
Ok so we all know muscle weighs more then fat or at least that is what our girlfriends say when our scale leans more to the positive side. I suppose it is something I buy into when my scale creeps in the wrong direction...sounds good so I run with it. So if I start lifting weights will my scale go up?... Or better question…
