Hey guys, I'm 20 years old and currently weigh 165 and I'd like to get down to around 125 by October ish. Who's with me!
Hi everyone, so I've been on here for a while now however I've been cheating and not really following through. As of right now, I weigh 160 and by the end of august I would like to be at 120...that means 40 pounds 5-6 months. Is this possible and have any of you done the same?
Hi guys, so I just bought the original fiber one cereal. The box says there's 15 servings in 2 of the little bags it comes in, and that a serving is 1/2 cup. I don't have a measure cup or scale with me right now, but I've had about 3 shot glasses worth (haha). How many servings do you think that would be?
