New to the group
I'm new to this group. I started out needing to lose about 10#, slowly but surely that number is climbing. I really need to get at least 10# off before April 26, my sons wedding. Anyone that is willing to be an accountability/encourager is appreciated.

MFP recipe setting
I'm new here. I'm wondering if the MFP "my recipe" section is accurate. I've been scanning every ingredient I add to my recipes and hope I'm not off on the calories. I thought this would also be a good way to adapt a recipe, if it calls for an ingredient I could substitute it and get the updated calorie count.
