I'm trying to redo my shopping list and therefore my pantry. What are healthy staple foods that you always have in Stock? Recipes ? Kid friendly? Husband friendly?
I recently linked my fitbit charge HR to my MFP. I noticed it logs calories earned by steps as I go throughput the day.. Should I consume all/part of these calories back or will it hinder my progress?

Im thinking about purchasing a spinner bike for home. I love to get my bike out on the trails in texas but with work/family and a 3 year old making it to the trails/gym class can be impossible.
