I agree with the above gluten comment humans have been cultivating grains for 10,000 years.. I also refused to eat Quinoa. The farmers really pulled it off with advertising bird seed.

Just for today: 1. Start day with a walk with my dogs. 2. Drink 1 liter of water 3. Avoid Sweets Note: just for march I meet my goal weight loss. Hope the trend continues.. "just got today" has really helped me stay on track..
