Tell us about why you want to lose weight: I had lost a lot of weight five years ago and become really fit but then I recently lost it all and gained too much and ate bad and became quite unfit. So I am trying to be better to myself and look better and get fitter!

I stopped smoking a year ago. I was already heavier than I had ever been except when I was pregnant with my children. When I stopped smoking I gained another 20 pounds. As a 46 year old woman, I am working harder than ever trying to loose this weight and live a healthier lifestyle. I am having to really research and learn as much as I can.......nutrition, hormones, heart rate, exercise....... trying to put it all together to be successful.
