    @tammierlewis Thanks! It has been a struggle to lose a pound a week BUT it has kept me focused on continuing my weight loss struggle the past two years. The first two years (2013-2014) I saw the pounds come off (90#) The third year was maintaining my first 100# loss.
    This challenge has helped me get to where I NEVER thought I would be...

    Up another +.8. Got a lot to focus on in the new year. 3 more weeks of holiday gatherings. Moderation is key.

    Continuing with at least an hour of walking each day. Completed week 3 of C25K. Might take me a couple of weeks to get the 5 minute runs comp!eted for week 4. Slow steady progress is better than a backslide.

    Did not lose any... also did not gain any Wt. So I'm happy.

    I was sick past week. Fever & cold.. :disappointed:
    I'm all fine today. Hope this week will go as planned .

    I'm not happy at all :persevere:
    I did it to my self. I didn't Exercised, No diet, No Walking, No Swimming.... :expressionless:
    This week and week before were very bad.
    I got Cocky for losing 20+ lbs. And I took things for granted. & Now I've got tight slapped by reality. It sure showed me my place. & I'm Happy this happened sooner than later. Because Now I will never Behave as I've behaved in this past 2-4 weeks.
    I pledge I will be true to my Cause & I will work harder to Achieve all my Goals & I will never take things for Granted.

    Week 11 Wt. = 192.9 lbs. ( 87.5 kg.)

    Week 12 Wt. = 192.9 lbs. (87.5 kg.)

    Week 13 Wt. = 189.6 lbs. (86 kg.)

    Week 14 Wt. = 194.0 lbs. (88 kg)
    I have Gained 2 kgs in 1 week

    Week 16 Wt. = 187.4 lbs. (85kg)
    Miraculously I've lost 3 kg (7lbs.) On my 2week trip :tongue:

    Week 17 Wt. = 186.3 lbs. (84.5kg)
    Did not complete my Wt. goal for this week.
    But I'm happy I did Maintained the Wt.

    Week 18 Wt. = 185.2 lbs. (84kg)

    Week 19 Wt. = 182 lbs. (82.5 kg)

    Week 20 Wt. = 183 lbs. (83 kg) :disappointed:

    Week 21 Wt. = 180.8 lbs. (82 kg.)

    I'm losing Wt. But not the inches.. In fact since last 2-3 weeks I've Gained inches.
    Starting from today- I will exercise daily. Eat healthy & Will lose at least 3kg before 2017 ends.! :blush:

    @Jimb37mfp, you are such an inspiration. Even though you may not reach your goal this year, you have had great successes. We are going to continue with this challenge in 2018. Back to 13 lbs from my goal. Have to really cut out snacking and chose healthier options. Have logged in for1950 days. Good Luck everyone! Eat mindfully! Have no regrets! Happy Holidays to everyone!

    Checking in early for holiday travel. Down slightly and just another 10 days of celebration and travel. Trying to be mindful before I consume it.

    Completed week 4 of C25K. I was so surprised when I completed the first 5 minute run! I will do my best to get exercise in over the next week.

    This week's success: Loss .6 even with some indulgences like mini binge on Trail mix with M&Ms, pizza and lots of homemade chili.

    Next weeks challenge: End the year with A ONE POUND LOSS!
    (-2.2# would get me to 186 which was my personal goal for this challenge.)

    Last weigh in for 2017. Didn't reach my goal but I am well on my way. I have loved being part of this challenge. It has helped me to remain focused and accountable. Hope it continues for 2018. I like the format and encouragement from everyone.

    I didn't get any exercise in this past week. I will restart C25K with week 4 this week. There's a local 5K on March 31 that I want to do for my first (maybe only) organized run. I will be ready for it!

    While I would have liked to have reached my goal weight by the end of the year, I am so very happy with the changes over the past 50 weeks. When I think back to my state of mind this time last year - fed up with my weight gain and general appearance - I am so happy to be where I am now. A few more pounds to go but I know I will get there.
