Metabolic damage?
Hey guys! I'm a long time user of MFP. 4 or 5 years ago now I lost 13kg, going from 86-73kg in 5 months eating probably far too low for my height of 5'9". Since then, I have gained back almost 12kg. I exercise more, have more muscle (yes) but ultimately I should sit around 75-78kg. It's a battle to even lose anything these…
