Phase two commencing!

Hi Guys and Gals,
I'm a 22 year old girl from NZ, looking to lose the last 5-7kg (11-15lb) of my transformation. Last year I lost a total of 11kg (24lb) and have loved it!

I thought I would try MFP instead of Calorie Count this year - not sure why I'm changing over, I like that this has more foods already in the system.

Aiming for exercising 4-5x a week for 60min, keeping calories at 1500. Doing 2-3x cardio, 2x strength training and looking to get lean and toned this year! I'm 5'9". If anyone else is similar to me, friend me!
