my friend is struggling to eat due to a tummy bug and she has just eaten 200 calories today.. will she lose weight just today? how much weight will she lose within a few days if she eats 200-500 calories a day, she is trying to gain but how much will she lose? thanks for all the answers

how much calories to maintain weight
how much is the least number of calories to maintain your weight for a lady or a growing teenager? is it 1200 or can i go lower like 1000, wont i gain on 1200?

For women/teenage girls 30g of sugar is how much you should be consuming in a day at most I think so does that mean I count in all the fruit sugar with the processed sugar? If I do that means I can only have a glass of skim milk and probably a banana and that will fill up my sugar intake for the day?-.- what am I supposed…
