well today ive ate so many almonds and had a big white choco cookie and so much indian sugary dessert which is so calorie dense, how do i eat healthier?! what shall i eat?

thanks for pointing out i eat healthy:)! shall i carry on like this.. and does this mean i can have like 2-3 large cookies in a day cos my body wont know the diffference but aslong as i get my calories? x

thank you for answering honestly, i always think that that carbs and sugar will make me gain and get bigger:/ i feel extreme guiltness if i go over the amounts! if the carbs and sugar dont matter then why does mfp give 'recommended' amounts!?:/

ohhh ohkay thankyaa! i've always thought you gain jiggly fat if you have loads of carbs and sugar:/ this isnt true then? it just matters about your calories.. yes?xxx

thanks again and okay, i will be upping my calories each as i've said before and trying to do my best not to count calories. shall i start drinking full fat milk and using butter and margarine, olive oil etc. OR shall i stick to skimmed milk and things?
