is this too much sugar?

For women/teenage girls 30g of sugar is how much you should be consuming in a day at most I think so does that mean I count in all the fruit sugar with the processed sugar?
If I do that means I can only have a glass of skim milk and probably a banana and that will fill up my sugar intake for the day?-.- what am I supposed to eat at my other meals? Its SOO frustrating!

Do I count the sugar from fruits separate to the processed because its natural? And what about the carbs in fruit, do I count them in my daily allowance or not because their natural?

    just avoid processed foods,eat all the fruit you like
