I'm trying to keep my BF% in the 16-18% range, but it feels like a constant struggle. Where does it get the number of calories burned from "normal daily activity"? Mine seems way low, and thus the "exercise calories" it keeps deducting daily are huge (it looks at my fitbit calories burned and docks them all from my MFP). I upped my calorie "goals" - woot woot! I'm proud of myself for taking that additional step. One step at a time! I know my mindset... I see a number, I want to match it, so seeing that higher number will certainly keep me on the up and up track :)
