Looking to drop body fat %?

I have slowly gotten complacent, and let a bit too much wine, too many carbs, extra sugars creep into my diet. I'm looking to tighten things up and drop a few percent body fat to get down to my "comfortable zone" (ie - comfortable in my clothes and skin ;)).

I'm looking for like-minded people - focused on eating clean, lifting, active MFP'ers and open diaries.
(and I offer the same goals back, as well as daily support)

    ugh i am but it seems impossible!! any suggestions would be amazing!!! keep your head up - the holiday season is the hardest!

    keep 20% calorie deficit on your tdee and you'll shred that fat :P

    On for 545 days. I eat within my macros daily and attempt to make clean healthy choices for the most part (by my definition-lol). Obviously this has worked having lost over 85 pounds and maintaining for over 1 1/2 years now and body fat having gone from over 35% to 22% and LOVE to lift! Strength train 4/5 days a week and have an open diary to friends.
