How do you create a "meal". App says to check your food selection then remember meal. I can't find that.

How to eat all my Calories?
I been with MFP for 1 week. I'm working out a lot and am having problems eating all my calories. I'm not starving myself - I'm eating well and get full. Don't want to overeat or eat junk. I also want to keep my workouts going. Suggestions?
