I been with MFP for 1 week. I'm working out a lot and am having problems eating all my calories. I'm not starving myself - I'm eating well and get full. Don't want to overeat or eat junk. I also want to keep my workouts going. Suggestions?

step 1) open your diary
step 2) burn 500 calories a day
step 3) eat back those 500 with foods packed with protein, fruits and veggies0 -

Want to loose 25 pounds todays workout 600 calories I''ve only eaten 1000 - LOL that 400 net - my target is supposed to be 1200.
Still need to eat supper though0 -
try opening your diary so we can see it. then it will be easier to offer advice0

so you have 800 calories for dinner and an evening snack. That is very doable - even being healthy.0

eating nuts helps - they're high in protien and calories (and some in fat so be careful with your choice) so they can help get your count up there while still eating something somewhat healthy0

I have no problem eating my 3000 calories lol. Eat dense foods like rice, breads, and pasta.0
