Foods for Dry Skin
I've always had dry skin and it can sometimes be very sensitive. I already use products for it but i'm wondering what foods I need to eat more of to feed my skin. Anyone have suggestions?

Chai Tea
I drink a lot of chai tea, but I usually make it with milk instead of water. I want to cut down on dairy so should i opt for a non dairy milk or make it half and half with water and milk?

Where to begin?
I have never done much exercise and have come to recognize that this is a big factor in my weight gain and general bad health. The problem is I have no idea where to start! I'm really out of shape so I would definitely categorize myself as a beginner. Does anyone have any tips or good workout DVDs etc that could help me?
