Ideal macros for fat burn???
Hey there, Just wondering what other ladies had their macros set at who are having good luck with fat burning. I had my set 40C30P30F but recently changed them to 35C35P30F. I am eating between 1700-1900 calories per day BTW.

Hi, So am have decided to concentrate on my macros and eat 40% carb, 30% protein and 30% fat. I am just confused what is what. Hi, I have just started the 30 day shred dvd. I am on my second day. I was trying to log my exercise, but am not sure how to log the calories burnt from this workout. Also, have many of you seen pretty good results with just doing these workouts and nothing else?
