Hi, thanks for your response. I have been researching paleo diet and heard good things. Do you ever fee like you have low energy as a result of lower carbs. and do you count fruit as your 100g of carbs per day?

Great, thanks for all of the replies. I have to admit, I haven't been great about entering my food into MFP since I have started NROWL4W. I know that diet plays a huge rule in the "muscle building and toning" process so I know I need to place more focus here.

No, carbs are not evil. Carbs have always been a part of my diet. I am 5'6" female and currently weigh 145 pounds. My goal weight is 135. My starting weight was 150. I have included only whole wheat carbs in my diet and have been losing weight at the same speed that my fitness pal tells me I will. About a pound per week.…
