People who have used 30-day shred

Hi,

I have just started the 30 day shred dvd. I am on my second day. I was trying to log my exercise, but am not sure how to log the calories burnt from this workout. Also, have many of you seen pretty good results with just doing these workouts and nothing else?

    Good luck on your 30DS journey! Be sure to track your measurements!!!
    At the end of the 30 days, I lost 12 pounds and 22 INCHES!!!
    I have a heart rate monitor...so, that is how I log the exercise.

    I always log it as 18 minutes of circuit training. I mean- there are 3 sets of 6 minute circuits =18 minutes.

    I used 20 minutes of circuit training, general. That was suggested to me when I asked on the forum.

    I used it before and only missed maybe 3 days and I saw fantastic results. I lost 5lbs and everything looked leaner. Log it as circuit training. Good luck!
