I am finally back on MFP. My MS got worse and I accidentally found an article about HSCT. I made it my job to have the procedure. I went to Israel and had the procedure done in May. I'm back :)
Hi, I am finally back. I have gained and am very upset about it. I have MS which has made it very hard to exercise and the depression has followed. When I got on the scale this morning after not weighing for a really long time, it was a wake up call. Food is my comfort, but that needs to change. Thanks :smile:

Foot drop anyone??
About 2 years ago I had a really bad exacerbation. My right leg stopped working. It works now, but my foot drops and makes me trip when I'm walking.
