Hi, I am finally back. I have gained and am very upset about it. I have MS which has made it very hard to exercise and the depression has followed. When I got on the scale this morning after not weighing for a really long time, it was a wake up call. Food is my comfort, but that needs to change. Thanks

Welcome back. I'm new around here and I know how depression can ruin your hard work. Glad to see you have gotten your wake up call and are taking action. The way I look at food is as a source of fuel that gives me energy and not something that is there to comfort me. The gym is my comfort and the time where I unleash anything that might be bothering me. Use any past challenges as motivation and use self assuring talk to help you stay on track. Keep yourself busy so you don't indulge yourself into the habit of eating. Best of luck.0
