Red Pepper Flakes - calories?
I have seen some contradicting calorie counts for dried Red Pepper Flakes. Some say 0cal and some say 5cal per TSP. I use a lot on my pasta. I love it spicy, so on occasion I will use 4 TBSP in my pasta dish. At 5cal per tsp that would amount to about 60cal. That does not sound right for Red Pepper Flakes. If its 0cal then…
