Water Weight?
I have lost 2.2 pounds in three days. I have been eating less than my 1200 calories but am not extremely active. Is this just water weight or my metabolism kicking in?

Hey, so this is an awesome site!! I just joined this morning and am soo excited to make some progress. I want some friends that are trying to reach their weight loss goals as well. I think it would be nice to hear a little bit about what other people are doing and how they are doing. I need drive.

sex isn't an exercise?
I had to laught because there are plenty of activities that aren't on the exercise tracker. Sex being one of them. So how can we accurately account our day?

Breakfast being the largest
I heard that breakfast is suppose to be the largest meal and dinner the smallest. Is this true? Also, are you really suppose to eat 5 small meals? What's the lattest you should eat?
