  • True. This story wasn't about her being mean, it was about how the people in her office were eating and trying to persuade her to eat unhealthy. You people are making the author of the discussion out to be a monster. After a few people come up to you about eating crap you don't want to eat, it's annoying. I'm sure she did…
  • I agree. People that partake in bad eating habbits, like to see other people do the same for validation. It is just like during the holidays. People want to eat as much or whatever they want and not feel guilty, so they look over everyones plate and if there is someone with a healthy portion of food, they will comments or…
  • My friend told me once that it wasn't uncommon for her to gain 7 lbs during her monthly. I usually gain around 1-5 lbs in waterweight during that time and then lose it right after. No big deal, don't get discouraged.
  • It is crazy the correlation between weight and size because when I was 122, a size 7/8 fit me perfectly. You were 140 and in a size smaller. That is terrific. That goes to show that it doesn't matter what your weight is, only what your measurement are.
  • I am 5'6 and I looked my best at 122 lbs. If I got below 120, I would look too skinny and unhealthy.
  • Good for you!! It is good to have all that self confidence again. If he loves you he will understand or try to understand that this just means you have a healthy self image again. When it comes to eating, ignore what he eats. My husband is a toothpick and eats nothing but pizza, chicken tenders, sausage and any processed…
  • When you first start losing weight, it will come off easier and in larger amounts (some will be water weight though). Then that easy weight loss will plateau, and you will have to work harder to lose weight. I would enjoy it while it lasts.
  • I was 122 lbs when my husband and I got together. We have been together four year and in the course of that time, I have had two children. During all the weight fluctuations he would still tell me that I looked sexy. I have to tell you though, when I do lose weight, it is very noticeable with him. He won't leave me…
  • We can lose weight together. I sent you a request. I am always on so feel free to send me a message whenever.
  • I shouldn't have said I eat less than 1200. I eat more than 1200 but it comes out to slightly less after I loggin my exercise activity, at the end of the day. I am not freaking out or anything just curious about water loss vs. fat loss. I hear people say all the time. Oh, you probably just lost water weight soo....
  • How much water weight can you lose at a time?
  • The only reason I asked is because after each of my other children, I dropped weight fast postportum. I was eating a ton of junk and fast food before and started dieting Sunday. I drink at least two 44 oz cups of water/day and am eating a lot of veggies so I wan't sure if some of all of it could be fat loss.
  • I have been eating more than 1200, but the little bit of exercise that I do puts me under 1200 a little. Thanks for the info guys.
  • Me too!! It's so much better for you than other oils and lotion.
  • That's true. Some people are on here so they can learn how to eat or to learn how to eat healthier. The food tracking tool helps people eat accordingly and track the nutrition going into their bodies. For some people eating anything more than banana for a meal is hard.
  • Height: 5'6 Starting Weight: 165 Current Weight: 150 Goal Weight: 125 Calories: 1200/ day Age: 28 Let your goal be suited to you and your body.
  • You should take a cinnamon supplement with your meals. It helps prevent insulin from storing glucose as fat.
  • The first few weeks to month, your body is getting used to the change. Not only have you made a substantial change to diet but you have also started working it out more. So, your body bloats from the diet and you probably are losing fat, but you are gaining muscle that is taking it's place on the scale. No worries, that…
  • That is awesome. It reminds me of Navy bootcamp. I wish I could do something like that. At any rate your story is inspiring and I want to add you so I can use your positive energy toward working out.
  • Try pre planning your meals on here, using less calories than it suggests, then add in the little cheats you had throughout the day later. It makes you feel less horrible if you look at your food chart at the end of the day and realize that even though you cheated you are still doing okay.
  • Muscle gain and water weight. It happens to me everytime I start a new diet or start working out.
