Did you get a trainer?
Hello all, I was wondering how many of you watched videos and studied the form online, vs, getting a trainer? I'm a bit concerned that my technique isn't perfect and that I will hurt myself, but also equally worried that I will hire someone that doesn't know what the hell they are talking about.

Hate your job?
How many of you here hate your job and why? I'm currently in a position where I love what I do, but my only two co-workers are toxic. They are rude and unprofessional. I'm looking but it's a tough job market.

Warm ups
Hey all, I started strong-lifts this week. The two days after doing squats, I only squatted the bar, my legs were killing me. Like painful. But I was happy because then I know it's a good workout. My question is this: Do you all warm up before lifting? If so what do you do? Do you do warm up lifts?

Long holiday breaks
