Question on BMR/TDEE
Hi, i just have a quick question on the this. I calculated my BMR at 1430 i would workout 3-5 times a week so my TDEE is 2200, without any excersize its 1700.. can someone explain, sorry i'm havinga hard time getting my head around it.
