hey everyone my husband has started myfitness plan and is loving it...he has been set as using 1500cals and i think this is way to low? he is currently 207lbs 6ft 2inches..aka 188cm mfp has advised him that his calories should be 1500 a day...is that too low for him? thanks guys :smile:
