replacement for chips?
hi all! i've been buying salsa a lot lately! it's low calorie and makes a super satisfying snack for me, but i really want to avoid eating with chips! i eat it with celery sometimes but it's a little too watery i guess, haha. any ideas for a healthier replacement?

Plateau or...?
I'm 5'3 and fluctuating around 155lbs, and I haven't lost any more weight in...a month? Maybe two? Cheap foods? :U
I feel like losing weight is so expensive. :/ And literally all I eat is carbs- pasta, rice, bagels, ramen. Is there anything I can buy that's affordable but not super fattening? >_>

Arm fat. :I
I'm pretty self-conscious about my arms and it seems like no matter what I do that's the one area that doesn't want to shrink. I need some exercises that can help with upper arm flab- any suggestions? Does lifting weights help? I don't have any weights but I do have a big textbook....:D
